Jan has 30 years' experience in all aspects of HRM gained from working in a variety of senior positions in small, medium and large organisations. She has an MBA, in which she specialised in employment law and is also an Associate Member of the CIPD.
Jan fully understands the need for complying with legislation, people management and development whilst also bringing a commercial dimension to any decision making within the company that she is supporting.
Jan is passionate about delivering an excellent service to her customers and she excels at building relationships within the businesses where she works. She truly believes that people make the difference in any business and will support businesses on an going basis to ensure that they achieve their goals.
In Jan's spare time she loves socialising with friends, enjoying spa days and supporitng local charities.
