As well as ensuring that you have a robust Disciplinary and Grievance Policy in place, Diversity Business Services can support you with any relevant investigations. These can be complex, time consuming and stressful for everybody concerned. By using somebody external to the business, it not only helps in dealing with the situation quickly but it also gives an independent perspective, which can be very useful. They would meet with you to discuss:
