Diversity Business Services offer a range of Human Resource (HR) services to all kinds of small and medium sized businesses. These can be provided on an adhoc or retained basis.

Jan will always hold an initial free consultation with you to review your current contracts and employment documentation to ensure that it is compliant and is working for your company. A report would then be compiled and sent to you, with recommendations if appropriate. She would also discuss the support that you require on an ongoing basis and then put a proposal together based on the needs of your company.

Jan is always available for support and advice on any HR matter. She doesn't tie people into lengthy contracts as she believes that as long as you have a need and are happy with the service that Diversity Business Services provide then you will continue working together. Her approach is friendly, professional but pragmatic and she will support you as much or as little as you need her.
